This week I will be watching the EURUSD and the USDCHF. Both pairs are taking a pull back from last week’s run.
EURUSD:
On the EURUSD the level to watch is the 1.5578 area. Any rally’s back higher I will be looking to short the EUR in anticipation of dollar gains.
USDCHF:
As with the EUR I will be watching for dollar strength. A drop to the 1.0468 area and possibly 1.0428 could provide the bounces that I am looking for.
USDCAD:
I will be careful with this pair this week with the employment data and trade balance on Friday. If any trades are taken on this combo I will look to protect the position quickly.
